空壓機的(de)停用(yòng)在各個單位都常有發(fā)生。那麼(me)在初次開機前空(kōng)壓機停放時間超過三個月或空壓機停用時間超過(guò)三個月，再次開機前需(xū)要采取有效措施，bi須先請專業(yè)空壓機人員對機器(qì)進行保養檢測(cè)，制定安全措施，避(bì)免開(kāi)機後發生不(bú)良狀況。

1、先檢查電路狀态，是否正常(cháng)供電，電壓是否穩定；測量電動機絕(jué)緣電阻，數值大于1MΩ。

2、檢(jiǎn)查空壓機配件上(shàng)是否含有積水，灰塵，及(jí)時清理。

3、對進氣口，出(chū)氣口全面(miàn)檢(jiǎn)測，防止發生堵塞現象

4、在上述都已經完成的情況可以接通電源，查看電腦控制器是否正常運行

5、更換三濾和潤滑油(yóu)。因為在長期不用的(de)情況下，三(sān)濾，油可能發生老化現象，從而造成空壓(yā)機開機運行時間不長即結膠積碳(tàn)或堵塞，油路不暢使空壓機主機或其他零部(bù)件損壞。

6、專業人員試機，電路改造後人工(gōng)控制加載卸載，先空(kōng)載(zǎi)運行10分鐘以上，檢測各項指标和(hé)震動、噪音等正常(cháng)，再進行(háng)加載，查看各部件運行正(zhèng)常即(jí)可。
