開山空氣壓縮機變頻器的(de)節(jiē)能原理

1、使用變頻器後,空氣壓縮機的壓力設(shè)定可以是(shì)一點,即可(kě)以将滿足生産設備(bèi)要求的最低壓力作為設定壓力,變頻器将根據管網壓力上(shàng)下波(bō)動的趨勢,通過(guò)調節空壓機轉速,消(xiāo)除了空壓機的卸(xiè)載(zǎi)運行,節(jiē)約了電能。

After using the frequency converter, the pressure setting of the air compressor can be one point, that is, the lowest pressure that meets the requirements of production equipment can be used as the setting pressure. 2、由于系統中的變頻器使得管(guǎn)網(wǎng)上下壓力穩定,可以降低甚至消除(chú)壓力的波動,從(cóng)而使系統中所有運(yùn)行的空氣壓縮機都在一個滿足生産要求的較(jiào)低的壓力下運行,減少了壓力向上波動造成(chéng)的功率(lǜ)損失。

In actual operation, the proportion of light load running time is very high. If frequency conversion speed regulation is adopted, the working efficiency can be greatly improved. 4、有些調節方式在需求(qiú)量較小(xiǎo)的情況下,也不能降低(dī)電動機的運行功率。采用了變頻調速後,當需求量較小的情況下,可降低電動機的轉速,減(jiǎn)小電動機的運行功(gōng)率,從而進一步實現節能。
