空壓機轉(zhuǎn)子間隙調節依據标(biāo)準淺議

空壓機轉子是高速轉動(dòng)的,而端面是靜止,它們之間存在有一(yī)定的間隙,而壓縮機功率越(yuè)大所調的間隙也會增大。壓(yā)縮機轉子在裝配時很重要的一步(bù)就是調節其間隙,調大的話影響壓縮機排氣量,小的話容易摩擦發(fā)生高溫現象。螺杆壓縮(suō)機的(de)排端間隙是是設計者在設計的時候确(què)定了的。一般間隙是根據機器的大小、運行工(gōng)況、轉子及其缸(gāng)體的(de)材料等因素定(dìng)的。間隙隻(zhī)要在(zài)一定(dìng)的範圍内,不會影響(xiǎng)機器的正常運行。

As long as the clearance is within a certain range, it will not affect the normal operation of the machine.


如果空壓機機頭使用多年後需要大修,維(wéi)修時最好是能從制(zhì)造廠商那了解該機頭的間隙範圍,而且最好是能在拆機(jī)器(qì)的時候測(cè)式該機器準确的間隙值,安裝的時候盡量保證這個間隙(xì)值。當然,各個(gè)廠家的結構不一樣,間(jiān)隙調整也有區别,要具體問(wèn)題具體分析。如果所說的機頭(tóu)故障屬于工況環境導緻,可以通過惡劣工況下用空氣過濾器,改善運行環境,從源頭呵護主機,降低(dī)運行成本。

螺杆空壓機主機的進、排氣端面間隙,主要是考慮密封腔中(zhōng)的各個熱膨脹所引起的(de)情況,因此留有不同間隙。此外,又(yòu)因排氣端的(de)受力大于進氣(qì)端,所以在排氣端用(yòng)了止推軸承。排氣端間隙過大,影響壓縮效率;過小,熱膨脹間隙也要必須保證。這時,也(yě)要考慮到軸承的遊隙。在維修(xiū)主機時,可以适當放寬(kuān)一點,主要是保證正常運轉。轉子與機殼之間的間隙,大體上同上。螺杆主機是精密部件,要充分掌握相關維修技術,才能進行很好地維(wéi)護。最後,将維修好的主機進行相關的檢查,再按部就班地進行總裝(zhuāng)試車(chē)後投入運(yùn)行。

Finally, the repaired main engine is inspected and put into operation after commissioning.
